Welcome to the Non-Commercial Users Constituency. The Internet plays a critical role in shaping modern society. NCUC exists to ensure that civil society and non-commercial stakeholders have a meaningful voice within the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) ecosystem. We are committed to protecting human rights, promoting privacy, and ensuring equitable access to digital resources. Through structured learning, fellowship opportunities, and mentorship, we support members to actively participate and lead in Internet governance processes.

NCUC actively participates in ICANN policy development through the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO), ensuring that the voices of civil society, academia, and non-commercial Internet users are represented in decisions that shape the Internet.

Members collaborate on policy discussions, contribute to public consultations, and advocate for issues such as privacy, digital rights, freedom of expression, and an open, secure, and inclusive Domain Name System (DNS).
